Step 4 ✅BrainPill - This Supplement 💊 can Really Boost your Brain , Memory and Focus

BrainPill Benefits

BrainPill, like most nootropic drugs, is meant to help you think and remember things better. I mean, the name pretty much gives it away! They are very sure of what they say when they say you can unleash "unstoppable productivity." But we want to cut through the hype and explain what they really mean.

There are 5 key groups that can be used to separate BrainPill's benefits. Let's take a look at each one:

Speed

First, there's speed, which means being able to use our brains faster, whether we're trying to find the right word to write, remember something important, or make a decision quickly. Being able to think quickly is important for getting work done.

Focus & Concentration

This is like energy, but it goes a little further. You will not only be able to focus for longer, but you will also become really interested in what you are working on. Do you know how it feels when everything comes together and you get a lot done? Yes, but a lot more often.

Memory

Being able to remember events and birthdays is a pretty useful memory skill, but memory is more than that. When we remember things, we don't have to stop and look them up all day at work. They're right there in front of us, so we can keep going. A better memory also helps us learn new things and remember them.

Look at this list. It shows that they have high goals for the BrainPill. But how do they plan to make this happen? Let's look closely at the parts.

The question is whether all of this is just smart marketing speak or whether BrainPill really does have these effects. We can learn a lot from the BrainPill ingredients in each dose. Then we'll look at what we learned from using BrainPill in real life.

Stamina

Do you ever do that thing where you stare into space after working for an hour? Your brain starts to get tired, so you give it a break without realizing it. The people at Leading Edge Health say that BrainPill will help you focus and keep going longer, so you can get things done without having to stop and think.

Defense

This is a very important trait to look for in nootropics, but it's often missed in marketing because people are more interested in how it can change their present situation.

We are learning more about brain diseases all the time. The earlier we start to protect ourselves, the better our chances will be later on.

BrainPill Ingredients

Before we talk about the ingredients, we wanted to let you know that BrainPill is made in the US, even though it comes from a Canadian business. They are very open about their work, and their website has links to all of their professional papers.

It's also important to note that they say the Food and Drug Administration has not looked into the claims about BrainPill's benefits. This is pretty common in the world of nootropics, though.

Citicoline-Cognizin

This chemical is often found in nootropic products. It is often used to treat brain diseases that get worse with age, like Alzheimer's. It was first made available in Japan as a prescription drug.

There is more evidence that it can help fight these kinds of disorders than that it can improve brains that are healthy, but more study is needed to be sure.

The amount of 250 mg of citicoline shown here is pretty close to the best one that has been shown in clinical trials.

Tyrosine

Tyrosine is an amino acid that has been shown to help healthy people think and remember things better. It helps make noradrenaline and dopamine, which are chemicals that make you feel good and help you remember things. It was found to work especially well during times of high worry.

BrainPill gives us 175 mg of it, which is the right amount.

Phosphatidylserine

Several separate studies have shown that phosphatidylserine, a fatty substance that protects brain cells, may help people think and remember things better.

Short-term memory tests showed that people who took phosphatidylserine tablets did much better. This substance is thought to help keep your memory sharp as you age. Some studies have shown that it might help you feel better and focus better.

It's 100 mg strong here in BrainPill.

Vitamin B12

Because not getting enough vitamin B12 is linked to memory loss and neurodegenerative diseases, BrainPills contain it to help avoid these ailments. Most of the evidence points to the fact that it can improve brain health, but it is still important to make sure you get enough.

A daily amount of 50mcg of vitamin B12 is good for you and will help with many health issues.

L-Theanine

It is another amino acid that is used to treat nervousness and stress. It might also help you pay attention and act faster. It's often found in supplements that help with stress and happiness, and this 100 mg dose is a good daily dose.

Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6, which is made up of pyridoxal, pyridoxamine, and pyridoxine, is another thing we need to keep at normal levels to keep our brains from getting worse. Studies have shown that people who take extra vitamin B6 do better on tests of their brain power. When taken every day, 5 mg is a good amount to add.

Vitamin B5

Vitamin B5, also known as pantothenic acid, is very important for making amino acids, which are needed for the brain to work properly because they keep brain cells healthy. It gives your cells energy, which helps you think more quickly.

Brain Pill has 30 mg of Vitamin B5.

Bacopa Monnieri

The herb bacopa monnieri can help your brain make more signaling molecules and shield it from chemicals that cause Alzheimer's disease. Some studies have shown that people who take bacopa monnieri vitamins think and remember things better.

It's an ingredient that many nootropics have, and this one gives us a good 320 mg amount.

Huperzine A

It is thought that huperzine A raises the amount of acetylcholine in your brain. This is important to protect against diseases that make it hard to remember things and think clearly. So, Huperzine A has been added to BrainPills to help people remember things better.

The 5 mg amount in BrainPill is in line with what physicians know to work in the real world.

Folic Acid (vitamin B9)

Folic acid has been shown to help people remember things, especially older people. It can help all brains remember things better and for longer, even ones that are healthy.

That's it for the strong vitamin B complex in BrainPill. We get 400mcg of it.

Vinpocetine

Some studies have shown that vinpocetine may help bring more blood to the brain and keep neurons from getting hurt. Even though more study needs to be done on how well it works on healthy brains, it has been used for over 20 years to help people who are brain damaged.

Brain Pill gives us 5 mg of it.

Ginkgo Biloba

Because it helps blood flow to the brain, ginkgo biloba has been shown to speed up thinking. Some people also think it can help improve memory and keep the brain from getting worse.

Each dose has 100 mg, which is a good amount to take every day as a supplement.

DHA Complex

DHA is an Omega-3 fatty acid that is an important part of phospholipids, which are a type of neural barrier that helps your brain work and stay healthy. DHA is very important for babies and young children's brain development. It may also help people whose brains are working normally learn and remember things better.

It gives us 100 mg here.

At this point in our BrainPill review, we want to stress that while each company does a lot of research into their products, there hasn't been enough independent study to back up many of the claims that are made.

Different groups around the world have collected small pieces of data, but there haven't been many clinical trials. Trial and error is the best way to find out what works for you. You should look for money-back promises like the one you get with BrainPill for 60 days with no questions asked.

Most of the time, you should see or feel effects in about 30 days. You can use your promise if you don't.

Taking BrainPill Supplements

Two pills a day is what BrainPill says you should take. One in the morning and one in the afternoon are the best times to take them, along with food and water. If you feel like you need an extra boost, you can't take more than 4 in 24 hours.

They say on their website that it will take between 30 and 90 days before you see big changes. You can get your money back within 60 days.

Using BrainPill

To put it to the test. We were very excited to try BrainPill because the website makes a lot of big claims about what we could expect. Plus, who wouldn't want their brain to work better?

I know how important it is to be focused and get things done as a worker with a young family. My worst enemy is putting things off until later. The wasted daytime hours cause me a lot of stress and pain when the house quickly gets full of kids who need attention, snacks, activities, and dinner.

I've reviewed a few different nootropics, so I know what you can do when you concentrate better. That's what I wanted BrainPill to do for me.

A lot faster than I thought I would, I was surprised. Even though the change wasn't huge, it takes me a while to feel anything when I take nootropics. Within the first week of taking BrainPill, I could tell that it was helping.

Even though it wasn't a big change, I found that I could get things done a lot faster than usual. When I was done with pieces that usually take me a whole day, I had hours to spare so I could start the next one.

That way, when the kids came over, I could fully turn off and play with them.

While they were sleeping, I didn't think about what I had to do after they were asleep. I was fully present with them. And because of that, I was a better dad. I made up fun new games to play with them and worked harder to make dinner.

I know these things seem small, but they really meant a lot to me. Plus my kids.

I believe BrainPill's effects peaked pretty quickly, but I was content with what I had. Being a little more focused, having a slightly better memory, and being in a slightly better mood made me a much better worker and a much better dad. However, small improvements add up to big ones.

There were no bad side effects for me, and even though I've tried nootropics that worked much better, BrainPills seemed to work faster than most of the others I've tried.

I was surprised at how well it worked with just two pills a day. For many nootropics, you need to drink three or more capsules every time, so it was nice to only have to take two small pills.

Pros and Cons of BrainPill

Based on my own experiences and the experiences of other BrainPill users, here are some pros and cons of using it:

Why BrainPill is good

Many people have said that taking BrainPill helps them concentrate better on jobs. Certainly, that's what we saw too. BrainPill helped me get more done in less time than before.

Leading Edge Health, the company that makes BrainPill, warns people not to be too sure about when they will notice a difference. One of the best things about it for us was that it worked pretty quickly—in less than a week. That might not be true for everyone, but we thought it was a great thing.

Cons of BrainPill

Do not use if you are pregnant or nursing. The ingredient vinpocetine has been linked to some problems in pregnant women, and in 2019 the FDA took away its "safe" label. This won't bother most people, but if you are pregnant or want to get pregnant, you should look elsewhere.

FAQs

Is BrainPill safe?

Yes. As long as you are not pregnant, there is no need to worry about BrainPill being bad for your health since it only has natural ingredients.

How old do you need to be to take BrainPill?

BrainPill is not safe for kids, just like other nootropics and vitamins. BrainPill can only be taken by people who are at least 18 years old.

Will BrainPill work for me?

We're sorry, but we can't give you a clear answer to that question. There has been a lot of study on each of the ingredients, but a lot of it needs to be tested again to really understand what it means. If you're interested, we suggest that you use the 60-day money-back promise. The only thing you could lose is the money you spent on shipping and handling.

Thanks To Brain Pill, My Job Is Safe

I’m only 47-years old and I don’t have dementia or anything like that, but I was having memory problems recently. These issues were actually causing tension at my work, because I would often forget the content in the middle of an important presentation. I started on Brain Pill a few weeks ago, and I gradually felt it working a little bit more each week. It gives my brain a really big buzz! The most impressive result is that my memory is great, and the presentations are really going well. Thank you so much, Brain Pill for saving my job!

It's The Best Product For Mind Health

Brain Pill truly is the best product I’ve come across for mind health. Focus and problem-solving is so much easier with Brain Pill . I think my mind is sharper than it was when I was in my 20s. Before I was taking it, I would do little things, like misplace my car keys. It drove my wife nuts. None of that happens anymore.

Brain Pill Helped Me Off Anti-depressants

Depression was a problem for me and my physician prescribed me some anti-depressants that I had been taking for years. Then I felt that I wanted to move on from all that and that I could do without the anti-depressants. For the most part, I was right, but some days I still felt down. Not spiraling out of control depressed but just a little on the dour side. Brain Pill helps me by elevating my mood slightly to combat these days when I feel like reaching for my anti-depressants. It gives me just enough elevation in my mood to stay off anti-depressants.

Brain Pill Is Stirring Up So Many New Ideas!

I’ve been at the same job for several years, and I started feeling like my mind was getting a little stale. I love my work, but the ideas weren’t flowing like in the past and it was starting to worry me. I was talking to a close work friend who is full of ideas, and he told me his secret is Brain Pill. I started taking it soon after, and it has really turned things around for me. I really find that my ideas flow much more easily now and I can put together new ideas quickly. Thanks Brain Pill for making me more relevant at work!

Helps Me Fight Fatigue

I get extremely fatigued and tired after sitting in the office working at my computer for an hour or two, which is very problematic because I suffer to do my job. I was looking for a safer, and better alternative to coffee when I came across Brain Pill. I have been using it for the last three weeks and I have noticed positive changes, not life-changing but enough so that I don’t have to take so many breaks. Now my boss isn’t always on my back about slacking off and I have enough energy to last all through the day.

Best Brain Health Supplement on the Market

To start off, I am on my third bottle of Brain Pill. I waited this long before writing my review because I wanted to ensure that the effects still persisted after several weeks of use, and I’m happy to say that I am convinced. Using it has been very interesting. More effects seem to become noticeable the longer it is used. For instance, during the first two weeks of using it, the first thing that seems to go up was my ability to focus. I wasn’t as easily distracted from my work as I usually am, so I am getting more done and in a shorter amount of time. Coming closer to a month I next noticed that my energy level did not flatline midafternoon as it usually did, so instead of wanting to sleep, I was able to push through and work on something else. Moving on, in the weeks six and beyond my motivation seems limitless, which may seem like an exaggeration until you actually try Brain Pill. All this with no side effects to makes this product what I would consider being the best of its kind.

2 weeks into my Brain Pill supply

I just wanted to share my experience with Brain Pill now that I am 2 weeks into my first bottle and I feel like that is enough time to give a fair review of it. So far I have been taking it every day and it really has helped improve my focus, especially when I am driving and at work. It has not given me any unwanted side-effects so that’s good too. I was initially drawn to Brain Pill because it was natural but I was worried about how effective it would be – so far, my concerns have been put to rest.

A Shot in the Arm

Studying for my MBA was brutal. A lot of my classmates offered me ‘study aids’ but I knew job interviews were coming up and I didn’t want to risk any prospects because I had used an illicit substance. I was desperate though so I looked up natural study aids and came across the Brain Pill website. I ordered it immediately and thankfully, it got to be quick. I started using it right away and it gave me the shot in the arm I needed. I am pleased to say that I have my MBA and Brain Pill definitely helped.

Someone Switched the Light On

I was never a big fan of vitamins or pills throughout my life, but realize I needed something because I eat poorly and I feel my brain hasn’t been up to the task in recent years. While I wouldn’t consider Brain Pill a vitamin supplement, it does contain a couple here and there. But what it is, is a very effective brain supplement, because since I’ve been using it, I would say my brain processing has been amplified. I can analyze data much faster, I’m able to focus and my memory has improved significantly. I don’t experience sluggishness in my thinking anymore. I plan to add a general multivitamin to this and see where it goes.

Helps Me With Anxiety And Depression

I’m a very introverted person and avoid crowds or unnecessary social interaction. Of course, this makes me look snobbish in the eyes of many people but they just don’t understand that anxiety is real, and dealing with feelings of not being good enough for most of your life can change your brain in negative ways. I have been prescribed medications by my doctor which are effective to a degree but have side effects that I can’t deal with every day. My anxiety meds cause drowsiness, while my depression meds cause me to become unmotivated. My sister introduced me to Brain Pill, which she says her girlfriend also uses. Since using it, the effects haven’t been drastic, but are good enough so that I can handle dealing with people a bit more, and don’t go into a spiral of negative thoughts. As a bonus, I also have more energy and focus so I don’t have to spend all day sleeping.

I Use Brain Pill As A Study Aid

Midway through my sophomore year at University things started ramping up quite a bit in terms of workload. My midterms were coming up and I felt totally unprepared. Believe it or not it was my mom who bought me Brain Pill. She knew the pressure I was under and didn’t want me taking any prescription meds to help me study. She said it was natural and non-addictive so I gladly took it and I got through the next 2 years of college with the help of Brain Pill. If I go to grad school, I will be taking Brain Pill with me.
